Alright, today:
Breakfast: Still nothing, I'll try tomorrow
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich w/o condiments and Sunchips (are those okay for you?)
Dinner: Lean Cuisine
Exercise: I had class today and then I immediately had to go to work. Does running up the huge 3 flights of stairs count?

I really wish I had a better schedule, its so hard to find time to work out.
