Lunch: 6 saltines and a pickle wrapped in cheese
Exercise: 20 minutes on the stair climber, 15 minutes jogging 10 min walking (haven't worked out on a daily/weekly basis in years.. so it's a start. gosh i hope i stick with it this time.)
Dinner: Vegetable soup with crackers
Late Night Snack: a tomato
