^^^yeah, according to medical standards, i'm in a normal healthy weight for my height. but that doesn't mean i can't afford to lose a few pounds though. i think ultimately, 115 would be "perfect" for me and that is my overal target weight. but right now i'm concentrating on breaking the 130 mark. for me, it can get discouraging when i look at the whole picture. so i have like a mini-goal of 5 lbs.
I'd like to lose at least 5 pounds before my NY trip, which i think is pretty reasonable. that way i can treat myself to a new outfit when i'm there!
but it's so not easy. i'm already hungry,
