Okay, here goes.
(Im normally really slender built but have love handles and a jiggly butt that needs to go away)
Height: 5'5
Weight: 123
Goal Weight:110-112
I had sunrider in apple juice for breakfast, a donut on the run and then sushi for lunch, 5 small turkey meatballs and tomato,mozzarella salad for dinner. And the some fries and half a caramel concrete just now.
No exercising but I thought about it and felt guilty for not going to the gym. That doesn't count does it?
