Goal Weight: 115 lbs.
Today I was actually good. Well, almost...
I had a small ham grinder with low fat mayo. But then I added some cheese...2 slices. And afterwards I had like 3 peanut butter cookies. Ugh, not the best start but I didn't overeat. I just need to start eating healthy again because after all its more of what you eat then how much you eat - in my experience anyways. And I ate that around 5 pm so I won't eat anything else. Ok, so not such a bad start...
