Since I want to trim down so I will feel better about myself, I've decided to start a weight loss journal/thread. On a daily/weekly basis, I will post my progress and what exactly I am doing to lose the weight. And if you are also in the same boat as I am and want to lose weight, you can join in and post your progress as well. We can all offer support to each other and tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way.
And at the end we can reward ourselves with a bag, lol.
So uh, my diet...um...starts tomorrow....I mean NOW!!!!
