I love the white, I think its especially s/s, but I am a HUGE white fan so I am a little bias. I love pink but I would go for white first... Its just so fresh looking and you can accessorize it with any peice of jewelry, shoes or bag.
I love Forever 21 and although the price is pretty low, the quality is not bad. Just dont plan on wearing the dress every week and be sure to have it dry cleaned to prolong the wear, other than that, it should be fine. I normally dont have a problem with F21...
I say get it! (in white!)
