Default Handbags by New Team Designer Loeffler Randall

Muliebrity, luxury, and contemporary design are key fundamentals that are applied to the collections of new team designer Loeffler Randall. And back in 2004, a partnership that was created between a wife and husband, paved the way down fashion lane to what would become a recognized label offering chic and quality pieces for the elegant woman. Jessie Loeffler Randall in partnership with husband Brian Murphy offer a variety of clothing, shoes, accessories and of course, handbags. Their creations present modern simplicty and soft tones that are perfect for the upcoming seasons.

Although modernity is an essential structure in this label, the common trend traits like in-for-the-minute styles in today’s fashion society aren’t a main concentration. This is what makes LR gracefully appealing to me. I absolutely love the styles of the handbags and the elegance of the colors. The use of materials including patent leather, shrunken grain lamb, calfskin and canvas all add a great variety of sumptuous textures to chose from. I admire how the patent grain leather on some of the bags exhibits a minimal luster in comparison to the usual brilliantly shiny patent leather that is seen. Also, the combination of color contrasted canvas and leather is classic and so elegant.

Although I admire every piece that I’ve discovered so far, I particularly like the Hattie signature satchel in either cream or nude for spring and summer. Also, the canvas and leather combo version in navy and white would be great for those (myself included) that work the nautical theme during the summer. As for the specifics of the bag, the decorative knotting on the handles and the pleated detail on the front add just enough style. The 9” handle drop length allows for comfortable wear over the shoulder or satchel-use over the arm. There is a frame top with a magnetic closing flap and also a small zippered pocket in the front. And there’s no need to worry about the bottom, as there are protective feet. Lastly, the prices of these bags are very reasonable. The price of the Hattie bag is $685, which given it’s size of 14.5” x 10” x 4”, is a typical price tag for a piece by LR.
