I know from personal experience that LV is cheaper in Paris and Hong Kong. In Paris, you get about 12-15% of the price back when you show your receipts at customs. In Hong Kong, you pay no taxes (import, export & sales) on luxury goods.

i might get a 25 coz they say the 30 sags a lot, 25 doesn't as much as the 30. btw, i don't live in manila anymore, i live here in michigan
i'm not quite sure how much it is in manila, but my friends say it's a li'l bit cheaper or about the same as here in the US
