If Coach is serious about repositioning themselves into the luxury goods market, they need to realize that luxury is about the process, not the price. Buying into luxury means paying for quality materials, quality craftsmanship and a quality company that cares for their customers as well as employees of all levels.
I would much rather take that 7G over to Hermes for a completely hand-built bag that required 48+ hours of labor/love made in a special atelier. Plus, I'm sure everyone has heard of the specially folded pillow and blanket they provide you to let the baby rest when not in use. And the complimentary re-stitching of leather goods. And the lifetime guarantee of quality...
