^^^ I think you missed the point of what I was trying to say. I said that it was Coach's own fault if people were buying stuff to resell when its something that Coach doesn't want people doing. If they don't want people reselling stuff, then they shouldn't make it so easy for people to get discounts on their products. Instead, they allow people to get discounts, get pissed when they realize its all getting sold on ebay, and then act rudely to these people who are apparently good customers since they buy stuff from them all the time.
