Default Re: Coach boycott??

OK... so what about the people that buy Coach purses at full price for themselves and after a year, 2 years, 10 years they don't want the purse anymore? They too are not allowed to sell a purse they have no use for? What if they are in dire need of money and need to sell purses to get cash quick? The economy is pretty bad now... what if they are doing anything they can to get money quick? Even if they sell the COACH purse they bought AT FULL PRICE for a cheaper price or just want the money they paid for it back. What if someone got the Coach purse as a gift? That's just rediculous.... in my opinion. NO ONE has the authority to tell you what to do with the products you bought with your hard earned money. So what are we supposed to do just GIVE a purse away that we paid 200, 300, 400 dollars for? I pay for all my stuff with my own money I worked my ass off for, and I'm not a whealthy singer yet... so I pretty much survive pay check to pay check. So what if I bought a purse for $300 dollars,,, but I'm just supposed to give it away to someone? When I need the money for bills and someone else really wants the bag? Ya I don't think so. That's rediculous.

FACTS:

1. Coach almost went bankrupt last year b/c of the lack of sales, it's not the same it was 5 years ago, can't reveal my source.. notice how they sell things in the store now on sale?
2. Coach is made in CHina
3. Coach is not the best quality compared to LV, Dior, Balenciaga, Prada, etc.
4. Coach is not that popular anymore
5. Coach can not even compete with the likes of LV or Balenciaga these days.

My question? Wouldn't they want to keep the customers that spend lots of money in there stores since not many people are into Coach these days anymore? Why do they have the authority to tell you what to do AFTER you have bought something at there store... you know the items you bought from there store that you saved up for, or just worked 10-20 hours working to get it. THEY are the ones that initiated the OUTLET stores, and the mark downs in the department stores.. and we have to be punished for it?

With the economy so bad.... and someone just needs to make an extra buck for food or rent how is it SOOO wrong that they buy extra purses that THEY the company marked down? Its the companies fault they put the prices down low... not us the general public.

I can see if the purses being sold were FAKE... but the purses are real. Whats the problem. They are making it sound like... "Don't buy our REAL purses and sell them." Wouldn't that give people the intiative "well if i buy real purses and I'll get in trouble I might as wheel in deal in selling fake purses?"

This is HIGHLY rediculous. And I have lots of coach purses I've had since High SChool that I don't want anymore. So because I'm just a customer that doesn't want my purses anymore I'm not to sell my purses. May I add... all my purses came from the regular COACH store except 2!

Stupid company in my opinion.... Cheap quality, Little Chinese kids making the bags, Not as cute as LV, can NEVER compete with LV or any other European brand, Not popular, almost went bankrupt, have to have outlet stores just to keep selling goods... sounds real smart to me.

Don't see LV doing this to customers do you? Customers that Spend TONS of money in their stores every month... and reselling on ebay? You all know the website MyPoupette... they even tell you which ebay sellers to buy from and LV knows about that website!

Hmm... stupidity by Coach.
