She wrote me this: I am not concerned about this dispute escalating.
I know for a fact all cabas pianos, new or old have a zippered inside pocket. I will be mailing this bag to my poupette. I can assure you I do not plan on switching bags, my bag has been used and has some oxidation plus its authentic. I am not a dishonest person, and I do believe in treating people fairly. But, if I have been wronged I will go all the way with this regardless.
She's unaware of the revisions made to the bag!! I suggested caroldiva.com and she's currently authenticating at mypoupette. Hopefully she doesn't provide false pictures!!
