Their not very knowlegeable either... and that's because you would expect them to be EXPERTS (or at least close to that).... When I was looking at the multicolore bags... my SA was explaining about the multicolore line and how the design is made up of
30 different colors!!!! And I kept on asking them to bring me different bags to compare the color scheme... and he told me that all bags were the same!!!!
I swear for a while... I was literally arguing with him!!! THe SA probably was new or something... because I knew more than he did!!!
