what ive done in the past is create a page where the person has to go in and enter their information. TBF User Name, and Email (
found here). Duplicate emails will automatically be deleted. When it comes time for the drawing I also have a script that can randomly choose a winner. (everyone has an equal chance of winning. even if you are new... with over 20 posts
