sorry but i'm soooo against that! i have a teacup maltese - no more than like 4 pounds - and i'd never do that to her! she needs to stretch her legs, walk around and not be considered as a side accessory!
it's just cheesy to me and way too overplayed. unless you travel on the plane a lot with your dog - you shouldn't shuve it in a bag to grab a coffee every morning!!!
