Whew! Okay... I went into the DMV and I acted as if nothing was wrong. And... they didn't say anything... at all! LOL! No extra fees either... they just gave me a new license. Hmm... perhaps there have been budget cuts in their department and they can't afford to conduct new driving tests for every ditsy person that forgets about their renewal notice. ::shrugs::
