You as an employee could not be sued by anyone. Any lawsuit or legal action would fall upon the store's owner. If it were me, I wouldn't want to work at a store that sells fakes... period. I would quit and go report him to the police. If you're worried about him knowing that you were the snitch, you could always give the police an anonymous tip. After all, it could have been
anyone that did the reporting.
