BV bags tend to slouch aft it's broken in like a good hobo should. You should be able to wear it on your shoulder even if you have a thick coat on. I've tried it IRL and BV bags are




totally TDF!! The leather is so supple, I'd compare it to Bal leather only I think it's slightly thicker but it is just as light weight as a Bal.
That's why a medium Veneta in Ebano or Moro is in my HG list, in fact the next bag I'm saving for.
To break it in faster, just hang it on a doorknob and put in several heavy cans. Leave it for a couple of days and it should slouch just beautifully. Or you can let nature do its work and break it in normally
