You would be surprised. Lot's of department stores will higher students. I had such a hard time finding a job when I moved out of my parents house when I was 17. A few years later I got my job at the store I work at now, I found out that they were hiring high school students!!!
Plus there are tons of college students that work there too... funny schedules and all! I was mad because if I would have known that I would have tried applying there when I was 17 and noone would hire me. Oh well... just because you have no experience and a school schedule does not always bar you from a job. Seriously, try a department store.
